Aristotle is my friend | Day 66

Hello, everybody! How are you today?
So, I was chillinnnn' (Jamaican accent) and I was like "What's up wit my blog?". So, here I am typing on my little blog.

I've got a tense to write "so" again and again! I don't really get what's going on with me but I've always been erasing "so's" in my blog posts because I keep on writing "SO" so freaking many times. I mean... for example: So, I was chillinnnn' [...] So, here I am typing on my little blog.
AND BE-LIE-VE me, there are a hundred times that I find myself trying to figure out what word I should use instead of "so". This is A WORLD WORTH PROBLEM. Be my friend, please..

So, what's up with me.. (Did it again) (and I don't care) (yo)
What do I want to share with you today....

Have you read Aristotle?
Aristotle (as well as Socrates, Platon etc) is the reason why we, high school teenagers, suffer everyday for 9 months. It's like having a baby....but in ancient Greece. Did you see what I did there? Got the reference? 9 months=school year=pregnancy? Oh no? Okay..

Aristotle might make us suffer but that's not because he's not likeable. No, we like you pretty boo. It's just that the educational system in Greece is so screwed up that it's making us hate those philosophers. Even though their theories are just g-r-e-a-t.

Well, educational system, if ya think that you gonn' make hate Aristotle, you're SO wrong. I love his theories. I enjoy reading his texts and I feel enlightened and kind of smarter when I study his unit on the book. That person (and not only him -but A LOT of philosophers in Ancient Greece) made history and that's not random. And I'm not talking like that because I'm Greek but just because these people were geniuses and I'm so thankful to read their theories even with a system that's screwed up. Anyways.

I've a joker mania lately. It all started when I decided to dress up as Joker for apokries. (Apokries is the Greek Halloween except that we do not have pumpkins and we celebrate it on February mostly). I went to the store, bought some face paint and colored hair spray, wore a purple shirt and a black long fit jacket and pretended to be a joker. I LOVED it.

I've got to say that I was pretty nervous of what the result would be because I'd never done it before (the face paint stuff) and I didn't want to mess it up. But it turned great and people would look at me on the street in a very strange way.. I loved it! Here are some photos.
Since I did that, I've been uploading pictures on instagram and I always want to add a creepy/scary/ whatever caption under the photo. You can see them on my instagram page. And needless to say that I would act creepy myself wearing that costume. I'd love walking on the street and looking dead serious. I Loved it! I could dress up as joker forever and still won't be tired of it. It was fun!

Plus, it's been a long time since I last dressed up as something for Apokries. I don't know why. But the past few years, I wasn't into it. But now, I don't care at all. I had so much fun!

Did you watch Lady Gaga's SuperBowl performance? No? WHAT?
Lady Gaga did amazing on her superbowl performance. She's one of the most talented, creative, incredible performers of our generation. Her voice is flawless and her ideas are epic. I loved her performance. Go watch it. You're missing everything if you don't.

I did a cover of Chained To The Rhythm by Katy Perry and Skip Marley!!
I did an acoustic cover since I didn't have much time. I love this song. It's dancy and funky and it makes me go "yeah yeah" when I listen to it (I don't know what "going yeah yeah" means but anyway.. you get the excitement) I'm also really happy that Katy Perry's back. I like her music, it makes you feel a way and she's a really talented artist. If you like my cover, be sure to like it, share it and subscribe! I'm trying to keep up with uploading videos every once in a while because I don't have much time due to school and I really appreciate it that you're around!

So, that's all for today!
Today's quote: Don't let the silly little things steal your happiness.

Peace, Lionder
