Hot Outside | Day 47

Hooray, I am so happy.
A little story about it.
I wrote that song the previous summer and the first person that got to listen to it was my brother. This year, after having my song "For Peace" remixed by Antibassis, I asked him to help me with "Hot Outside" and he gladly did!
Video Shooting
I asked a friend of mine and my best friend, Nick, to help with the video shooting and it went pretty cool.
The first video shooting day, we spent 4 hours because we did it in beach full of people who would cross the way in front of the camera so we had to wait and try again, wait and try again, wait and try again. Even though it was a tiring process that didn't really ended with a lot of footage, video shooting with your friends is great. I mean, when I'm all alone, I don't have fun at all. I try to stay focused and when something seems to go wrong I don't laugh or smile. But when something goes wrong and friends are there with you making jokes and making you laugh, there's no worry -believe me.
As I said before we spent 4 hours of video shooting but at the end we didn't have the footage that I had planned to shoot. So, me and my friend, Nick, went to the beach again, another day and it was a blast.
We thought of doing the video shooting at the morning because there are not a lot of people and so we did. The shooting was successful. Plus, I got sunburned. But art needs sacrifice haha.
I would seriously do anything for my songs, videos, creations.
At the For Peace video, we did the video shoot at a place where big mosquitoes really conquered. I had so many pimples in my body at the end.
At the 45 SONG 2015 MASHUP It was SUPER COLD outside and I would change my T-shirts with the cold weather by my side, reminding me of how crazy I am.
And now, I got sunburned.
But you know something.. when you do what you love, it's worth it.
The editing went good.
Thank god I used Sony Vegas to edit some of the footage even though the whole video was created with Windows Live Movie Maker. I know, it's such a simple software that can't offer you a lot, but it's surely easy to use, cool and fast. Sony Vegas, of course, helped me do the most difficult parts of the video, such as the 3 times cloning myself part or the video snapshot in the end. I enjoyed working with Sony Vegas because it's a new software to me, I've never used it before, and I could do things that I'd never imagine that I'd do. That was great. Of course, I watched some tutorials because the software is pretty hard but I liked it.
Video Editing is a process that I do not enjoy and it really tires me a lot. I spend a lot of time dealing with it and it needs so much determination. I don't like doing it but I don't have another choice. What is really weird is that Hot Outside didn't tire me and I enjoyed it. Maybe, that was because I was editing it with also Sony Vegas which offered me great ways to make my footage better. That made me happy.

And I uploaded the video on my channel. It's available on Bandcamp for download and on Soundcloud for streaming. It's surely a different song from my other ones but I'm so proud and glad that that's out and you're able to listen to it and tell me what you think.

I would like to publicly say a big thank you to DJ Antibassis who helped me with the track. It's really great to have worked with such good music producer. His beats ROCK and you should definitely check out his channel. He deserves your listen and I promise you, you'll love his tracks.
