You are beautiful | Day 27
Motivational post! Yeah!
Well, yes, this is a motivational post. I always wanted to post something like this and now it's the right time. I watched a video called "People react to being called beautiful" which is created by brilliant Shea Glover. I can't believe there is so much negativity in the comment section of this video. It's a really nice compliment to call someone beautiful. And if ever anyone calls you beautiful, you should say "Thank you" and really mean it because it's sometimes hard to find good people in our world. So, as a good person, there are a few things I would like to talk to you about.
Everyone is beautiful.
Everyone is beautiful and if you don't like that statement, then everyone is beautiful in different eyes. I am sure there are times that you've criticized someone for loving someone else that you call ugly or not that good. Let me tell you that we, people, see with our souls. You don't have to be skinny, blond, blue-eyed and white-skinned to be liked by someone. Instead, when you are yourself, you are BEAUTIFUL. We, humans, don't look alike. We are different. We have not only different personalities but looks too. We cannot be the same. It's not good to be the same. I am so glad to walk outside and see people who are completely different, communicate and laugh. I love that. You don't need to be "this" to be beautiful, to be "that" to look beautiful. You just need to be "you" to be beautiful. And even when you're not "you", you're beautiful. And that's because everyone is beautiful. Every soul in this world is beautiful.
People are so judgemental.
You may look awesome. You may be the most good-looking kid in your school. People are going to find flaws on you, anyway. So, you shouldn't care if people like you. You must care about how you feel and how much YOU like yourself. We should consider ourselves as unique beings in this world and never let anyone destroy our feelings for us. Only we can define ourselves. We are who we are and no one can change that.
There is beauty in everything.
I'm sure that there is beauty in everything. There is beauty in a chair. There is beauty in a lama. We are all beautiful and awesome and cool in our own way. We were born this way! Be proud. You cannot call someone ugly..because he/she is not. This person is beautiful.
